Last Updated: January 23, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of RCM Rancho Cucamonga Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

RCM Rancho Cucamonga Masonry provides masonry construction, repair, and installation services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Estimates and Contracts

Free estimates are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change based on actual site conditions. All work is performed according to written contracts that specify scope, materials, timeline, and costs. Changes to the scope of work require written approval and may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any existing conditions that may affect the work. You must ensure access to the work site during agreed-upon hours. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals before work begins. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Permits and Approvals

When required by local building codes, we will obtain necessary permits for the work. Permit fees are typically included in project estimates unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranty coverage as specified in your contract. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but do not cover damage from normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract price for the specific work performed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by California law. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a contract within three business days of signing as provided by California law. After this period, cancellations may be subject to charges for work already performed and materials ordered. We reserve the right to cancel contracts if site conditions are unsafe or if you breach the terms of our agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Bernardino County, California, in accordance with California law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
