By accessing or using the website located at ranchocucamongamasonry.com (the "Site"), or by requesting services from RCM Rancho Cucamonga Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request services from us. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
RCM Rancho Cucamonga Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We provide masonry services to residential and commercial property owners in the greater Inland Empire area, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related work.
All services are subject to a written estimate and, where applicable, a signed contract. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Free estimates are offered as a courtesy and are not a binding contract. All estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit and the information provided by the customer. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing is set forth in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate and the project start date. We will notify you in writing of any material price changes before proceeding.
Prices quoted do not include permit fees unless expressly stated. Permit fees are passed through to the customer at cost.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and materials lead time. We will provide a start date estimate in advance, but weather, permit delays, and other factors outside our control may affect the schedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if the schedule changes.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs. The amount of any such fee will be stated in your project contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, material availability issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms are set forth in the written project contract. Typical terms require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, progress payments tied to project milestones may be required.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project contract. All invoices are due on the date specified. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees at the rate stated in your contract, and we reserve the right to suspend work on any project with an outstanding overdue balance.
A lien may be placed on your property in accordance with California law if payment is not received as agreed. We will attempt to resolve any payment disputes directly before pursuing legal remedies.
Any warranty provided by RCM Rancho Cucamonga Masonry will be stated expressly in the written project contract. Unless a warranty is specified in writing, all work is provided without any implied warranty beyond what is required by applicable California law.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to earthquakes, flooding, soil movement, vandalism, or failure of adjacent structures not repaired by us.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RCM Rancho Cucamonga Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any services we provide. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services we perform shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under California law.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the scope of work needed. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time and to clear any personal property, landscaping, or obstructions as directed before work begins.
You are responsible for obtaining any approvals required by your homeowners association before work begins. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from failure to obtain required association approvals.
If a dispute arises from these terms or from services we provide, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@ranchocucamongamasonry.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern within 10 business days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 9 shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
